CHILDREN: We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from anyone under 18 through our online services. If information from a minor is needed for a lawful reason, we obtain parental consent or act as allowed by law.

Confidentiality and Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting information through our website or via email does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send confidential or sensitive information until an attorney-client relationship has been formally established in writing. Further, only send confidential information via the methods established by the Firm and not via this website.


Once representation begins, our firm treats all information as confidential under Texas Rule of Evidence 503 and Rule 1.05 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
